Sliding Scale Pricing: I believe cost shouldn’t be a barrier to getting your business set up right. My pricing is flexible based on your situation and budget, typically ranging from $200 to $1,000 depending on the scope of work and your budget.

The packages below show what’s commonly needed and typical pricing ranges, but during our free discovery call, we’ll discuss what you actually need and find pricing that works for your situation.

Limited Availability: I work with Strategic Steps Forward clients part-time alongside my full-time federal career. I typically take 1-2 new clients per month to ensure everyone gets quality attention.

Comprehensive Launch

Perfect for: Businesses that want everything handled end-to-end

Everything in Standard, plus:

Website setup or coordination (template-based setup OR coordination with your web designer)

Systems Integration Audit – $200-300 “I have a bunch of tools but nothing talks to each other” – I’ll assess what you have, identify problems, and create a plan to fix it.

Tech Troubleshooting – $50-100/hour One-off help with payment systems, scheduling software, website issues, or other technical problems.

Social Media Setup – $100-200 Just need Facebook and Instagram business pages set up properly? I can help with that.

How It Works

1. Free Discovery Call (30 minutes) We talk about your business, what you’re trying to accomplish, where you’re stuck, and what would be most helpful. I’ll be honest about whether I can help and what it might cost, given your situation.

2. Custom Proposal If we’re a good fit, I’ll send a simple proposal outlining what I’ll do, timeline, and pricing. You can take time to think about it – no pressure.

3. Get Started Once you’re ready, we’ll sign a simple agreement. I typically ask for half upfront and half when we’re done. Payment plans are available if needed.

4. I handle the setup. I do the work while keeping you updated. You’ll need to provide some information and approve a few things, but I handle most of it.

5. Training & Handoff Once everything is set up, we’ll have a walkthrough session where I show you how everything works and answer your questions. You’ll get documentation for reference.

6. Ongoing Support Depending on what we agreed to, you’ll have 30-60 days where you can email or call with questions. After that, I’m available for one-off help as needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can’t afford the standard pricing? Tell me during our discovery call. I work on a sliding scale because I believe cost shouldn’t prevent you from getting set up properly. We’ll find something that works.

How do you decide what to charge? It depends on scope of work, your budget, and your situation. Someone launching a side hustle with tight budget pays differently than someone with savings ready to invest. I try to be fair and flexible.

What if I already started some of this myself? Perfect! I can pick up where you left off, resolve any issues, and fill in the gaps. You only pay for the work I actually do.

Can I add services later? Absolutely. Many people start with a basic setup and come back later for help with other things.

What happens if I’m not satisfied? I’ve never had that happen, but if you’re genuinely unhappy in the first week, I’ll refund your payment, minus any third-party costs (such as domain registration). Your success matters to me.

How involved do I need to be? Minimal. You’ll need to provide initial information (business details and account access) and approve a few items, but I handle 90% of the work. Most clients spend 2-4 hours total.

Do you only work with Grand County businesses? I focus on local businesses because I’m invested in our community, but I’m happy to work with Colorado entrepreneurs virtually.
