Process Overview
What to Expect
1. Free Discovery Call (30 minutes) We discuss your business vision, needs, timeline, and budget. I’ll ask questions to understand your situation and recommend the right package.
2. Proposal & Agreement I’ll send a clear proposal outlining exactly what’s included, timeline, and investment. Once you’re ready, we’ll sign a simple agreement and collect a 50% deposit.
3. Kickoff & Information Gathering You’ll complete an intake questionnaire with all the information I need (business details, branding preferences, access to existing accounts, etc.). We’ll have a kickoff call to align on expectations.
4. I get to work. I handle all the setup while keeping you updated on progress. You’ll have access to a shared project tracker so you can see what’s been completed.
5. Review & Training Once everything is set up, we’ll have a walkthrough session where I train you on all systems and answer your questions. You’ll receive documentation for future reference.
6. Launch! You’re ready to take clients with confidence. All systems operational, professional presence established, and ongoing support available.
7. Ongoing Support Depending on your package, you’ll have 30-60 days of support. After that, I’m available for à la carte help as needed.

What if I already started some of this myself? No problem! I can audit what you’ve done, fix anything that needs adjusting, and complete the missing pieces. You’ll only pay for the work I do.
How involved do I need to be during setup? Minimal. You’ll need to provide initial information and approve designs/content, but I handle 90% of the work. Most clients spend 2-4 hours total during the process.
What happens after the support period ends? You’re fully equipped to manage everything independently. If you need help later, I offer hourly support or an ongoing retainer.
