Note: I work with Strategic Steps Forward clients part-time alongside my full-time federal job, so I’m usually available for calls in the evenings and on weekends. If you call during the day and I don’t answer, just leave a message or send a text, and I’ll get back to you.
What to Expect
After You Contact Me:
- I’ll respond within 24 hours (usually sooner)
- We’ll schedule a 30-minute discovery call at a time that works for you
- We’ll talk honestly about your needs and whether I can help
- If we’re a good fit, I’ll send a simple proposal with pricing
- You decide – no pressure either way
During Our Call: I’ll ask questions about your business, what you’re trying to accomplish, where you’re stuck, and what kind of help would be most useful. Be honest about your budget – I work on a sliding scale and want to find something that works for your situation.
Before You Reach Out
You don’t need to have everything figured out – that’s why we’re talking! But if you want to think about these questions beforehand, it can make our conversation more productive:
- What problem are you trying to solve? (e.g., “I need to accept payments online,” “My website is done, but I can’t figure out booking”)
- What’s your timeline? (Planning to launch soon? Just exploring?)
- What’s your budget range? (Being upfront helps me recommend the right approach)
- What have you already done? (Website? Business license? Social media?)
Again, you don’t need answers to all of these. Just helpful context if you have it.

Based in: Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado
Serving: Grand County and throughout Colorado (virtually)
Availability:
- Evenings and weekends work best for discovery calls
- Flexible scheduling – I’ll work around your schedule
- Virtual meetings via Zoom or phone
- In-person meetings available for Grand County clients if preferred
Current Capacity: I typically work with 1-2 new clients per month. If my schedule is full, I’ll let you know when I have availability and offer to add you to my waitlist.
